Kind words from our clients

A kitchen rebuilt after a water leak

“From the beginning they were responsive and very understanding of the situation we were in. They visited a number of times to design the kitchen, and we appreciated the care which went into ensuring all our requirements were met.

During the renovation, everyone who worked on site was incredibly friendly and explained what was happening. They cleaned up every evening and ensured that the works did not impact the rest of the home. When unexpected issues from the old kitchen install cropped up, they handled them without any impact to either the design or the timeline.

The final kitchen is incredible, feels bigger and has so much more usable space. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and are looking forward to working with them again.”

A layout we had not even considered

“During the consultation meetings they listened carefully, came up with a great layout idea for the kitchen that we hadn’t even considered, and took on board all of our ideas and must-haves. They sourced all the items that we wanted to specify, and proposed great items when we were open to their suggestions.

During the actual remodel they kept disruption to a minimum and cleaned up every day. The lead builder was a pleasure to have in our home, and was happy to engage with us and talk through what he had done and how it was all going. The finish and quality of workmanship is top notch.

All in all, a really, really great kitchen remodel experience. The end result is perfect and exactly what we wanted.”

Every requirement, patiently answered

“From the outset, our consultations were outstanding. They listened with enormous patience to our long and specific list of requirements. They were able to very much improve on some of our initial ideas, for example rather than tiled or laminate window sills and connecting wall top, to have oiled oak, a beautiful and luxurious addition. A cupboard for the ironing board in the utility, which required building out the wall, was also an inspired idea and has turned out brilliantly.

Kelly sourced every different sample of door that we wished to see and her suggestion for the handles was spot on. She also sourced all the appliances and the specific taps we had asked for. Everything arrived on time as per the project plan and each item was meticulously checked.

Every aspect of the build was carried out with enormous skill and care. Gary has the most incredible eye for detail and sees every little aspect that needs addressing. Our new kitchen is exactly what we desired: functional and very beautiful.”

A loft conversion, start to finish

“Having never had any substantial building work carried out, Gary guided us through the whole process from start to finish, making a complex project extremely easy from our end.

With a toddler and a dog we were worried about the disruption that the building work would cause, but both Gary and Chris were extremely considerate of our family situation, keeping noise and mess to a minimum where they could and meticulously tidying up at the end of each day.

We are delighted with the attention to detail that Gary put in to every aspect of our loft conversion and the skill with which he and Chris executed it. We have had so many positive comments from others about how impressed they are with the work we have had carried out.”

An extension and open plan kitchen, from concept to completion

“I was looking for a principal contractor to take the project (extension, remodelling of garage and open plan kitchen) from design concept through to completion. The service received from Gary from our first meeting instilled the confidence I was looking for in a PC which continued throughout the project despite the numerous last minute design changes.

The standard of workmanship from Gary’s team performed throughout the whole project was excellent and we are now thoroughly enjoying our forever home.

Precision Kitchens are highly recommended.”

A third wall and the open shelves we asked for

“Precision Kitchens listened carefully to our kitchen design ideas and came up with a truly great solution: expanding the kitchen to a third wall and perfectly accommodating our open shelf request.

The carpenter on site throughout (Chris) was a joy to have around: polite, tidy and well organised. All the other subs/technicians were great.

The end product is amazing: a great, truly beautiful, practical and expertly fitted kitchen. The brilliant use of space makes the room feel so much bigger.

We do not hesitate to recommend Precision Kitchens!”

A dream kitchen that made the most of our budget

“From the first visit, Gary’s ability to discuss openly the pros & cons of doing different designs highlighting the most cost-effective way to maximise our budget. I knew it was Precision that we wanted to work with to make our dream kitchen a reality.

Once work had started, the communication was excellent, who would be on site and when. The whole team were incredibly tidy! Pointed out many times by our neighbours.

The work was precise and numerous times the team spent significant effort in troubleshooting issues caused by external parties such as the architect. The workmanship, quality and finishes are outstanding, and I have already asked the team to compete two additional projects.

Thank you so much for the effort and hard work. It is so very appreciated.”

A loft conversion with minimal disruption

“Doing any sort of building work can be daunting but when you are spending many tens of thousands of pounds on building work finding the right builder is even more daunting. Once we found our architect and had drawings created for our two bedroom and one bathroom loft conversion, we set off in search of a builder. We obtained five quotes from different companies to help us decide; Precision Kitchens & Construction was one of them, found via a recommendation from a friend.

From the outset Gary made the choice for us very easy, he spent time on the phone talking about the plans, advising us and understanding exactly what we wanted. We both immediately felt at ease and able to ask questions. Our build started on 1st September and considering we had a small flat installed in the old loft space, the disruption was minimal through the entire build and considering we were working from home at the same time was quite an achievement!

It’s very easy for us to write a positive testimonial because we are both so pleased and grateful for the beautiful conversion that we now have. Both Gary and Chris’s attention to detail and exceptionally high standards means that you get an end result that they would be happy with in their own homes!

We are so pleased and know we made the right decision choosing Precision Kitchens & construction and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone having building work done, in fact we are intending to get them back to design and install our new kitchen in the future.

A few laughs along the way, great company, reasonably priced/transparent and really nice, honest people! Highly recommend.”

Second time round, just as good

“This was my second time using Kelly & Gary to do my kitchen design + installation, having had a great experience 6 yrs ago. This time was exactly the same.

They were very responsive (timely and accommodating). They work well together, along with Chris they make a brilliant team.

The transformation of my kitchen is fantastic and they went to great lengths to match the old with new and re-use what they could to manage costs.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and to use them again.”

Version 15, and worth the wait

“After 15mths in the planning and numerous door samples (Kelly has patience of a saint), finally on version 15, we felt we had it right and I decided to go with an Oak in-frame kitchen and oh my goodness… it is so worth the wait… I love it!

Which just leaves me to say a BIG thank you to Kelly and Gary for putting up with me and finally creating the lovely new kitchen I have today.

Well worth it… you are amazing… Thanks for everything.”

A family bathroom, two ensuites and a cloakroom

“We hired Precision Kitchens to remodel a family bathroom, two ensuites, and a cloakroom. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. They managed the entire project impeccably. Deadlines were met; work was carried out with the least interference to our daily life. Everything was tidy at the end of the day, and both Gary and Chris were mindful of our toddler and took every precaution to keep everything safely out of his reach.

The designs Kelly proposed were stunning and the re-design of the main bathroom was brilliant; we now have tons of space in there. The materials are top quality and look amazing.

We are sure we would have increased the value of our property. We made a smart investment in our home.”

A kitchen and building work, completed on time

“We would like to express our thanks to Gary & Kelly with regard to our recent fitted kitchen purchase, installation & building work.

From the initial contact with Gary & Kelly through to the design, planning & installation we were very impressed with the professional service, guidance and assistance provide by them.

All the work was completed on time and with a very high degree of skill & expertise, paying particular attention to all the fine details in the finish.

A huge thanks to Precision Kitchens for transforming our home.”

Installed while I was on holiday

“I cannot praise the Precision Kitchens team enough. From the outset I felt that my kitchen was in competent and professional hands.

Kelly designed the kitchen of my dreams, giving me options to think about and amending as I required, all within budget. Gary & Chris then started the installation while I was on holiday. I felt safe in the knowledge that my kitchen and my home were in good hands. The team project managed everything; building works, gas, electrics, lighting etc… plus they worked with an external company to coordinate my flooring installation.

The result is a fantastic, functionally designed kitchen that has been installed on time, faultlessly and with attention to detail. Right down to my new chopping board made with surplus wooden worktop.

I cannot recommend the Precision Kitchen team enough! I totally love my new kitchen; it is almost too good to use.

Thank you, Kelly & Gary, for everything!!”

Effortless, from planning to fitting

Six weeks, and finished a few days early

“Thank you! Kelly, Gary & Chris worked so hard to produce a kitchen which is now the hub of our home. We were delighted with how our ideas & priorities were carefully incorporated into the design, and the project was costed in the line with our budget. We were kept informed with progress all the way through and were so impressed the project finished a few days early!

During the build, which lasted 6 weeks, our home was transformed by a great, skilled team who were extremely tidy & clean, leaving the site clear each evening so that we could continue to access our utility area. We would not hesitate to recommend Kelly & Gary because we were impressed with their attention to detail, client care, good communication & of course the beautiful family kitchen they created for us.”

Mr & Mrs Sellars

Advice on practicality and style

“We knew from the outset that Precision Kitchens were the company we wanted to renovate our kitchen. During the design process Kelly offered invaluable advice in terms of practicality and style, and she answered all our questions without hesitation.

We met Gary during our first consultation, and he was able to talk through the building work we required. Having met both Kelly & Gary, we felt completely confident in their expertise.

We knew we would be in safe hands, and the proof is in our lovely, finished kitchen, which really couldn’t be better. It is exactly what we wanted and has made a real difference to our home.

Throughout the build, Gary and Chris were very professional, polite and made every effort to keep mess to a minimum. They removed the old kitchen and installed the new one with good humour and exceptional attention to detail. Gary organised and managed everything, but we felt very much involved as they kept us up to speed with the process.

We definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a new kitchen.”

A new kitchen, painless and stress free

“Gary and Kelly were always professional and extremely helpful in assisting us design and implement our kitchen, nothing was too much trouble. They were always there to answer any questions or queries that we had prior to and during the installation.

The build and finish of the kitchen is to a very high quality and standard and we had every confidence that the kitchen would be completed entirely to our satisfaction. Gary’s attention to detail was amazing.

Now the kitchen has been completed, and we have had a chance to put it to the test, it exceeds all our expectations.

A big thank you to Precision Kitchens for making the experience of having a new kitchen fitted as painless and stress free as possible. We would highly recommend them to anyone else looking to have their kitchen designed and fitted.

Thank you, Gary & Kelly.”

They have been very accommodating as our dates moved around, and even with some delays were still on target! Only ever a phone call away

“We chose Precision Kitchens because of their approach, and personal contact with us. They happily met with us, explained the process, and helped and guided us into each phase of the kitchen re-fit. Nothing was too much trouble and Kelly & Gary were only ever a phone call away.

We love our new kitchen, the finish is of an extremely high standard, and they have fulfilled all our expectations.

I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Thanks Gary and Kelly.”

C. Brooks

The only company that listened to our brief

“Precision Kitchens won our vote when they were the only company who listened to our brief and met it fully. Suggestions were made right at the beginning to ensure the finished product fully met our requirements and expectations. Everyone who attended the premises was professional and friendly and absolute perfectionists in every detail.

We were impressed with the hard work that everyone put in to the process to bring the project to a perfect conclusion.

The resulting kitchen is a dream come true; it is perfectly planned and a true joy to work in.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Precision Kitchens to anyone wanting a high-quality finish, project-managed with absolute precision.

Thank you.”
